Carpets look pretty good! One thing that deters me from trying to be a landlord is the fact many people just destroy the property. It's sad people have that mentality, I was always taught you leave it better than you found it or at least just as good as it was. I just assumed others understood ruining other people's things wasn't appropriate but have discovered that's certainly not how most folks operate. If people did what you do when you visit I'd be happy to have them staying in my property!
