- During my stay at Frank Vignola's "Big Jersey Gypsy Jazz Guitar Camp" in New Jersey, I had the opportunity to record a song with Vinny, who was also a teacher at the camp.
While working as a professional musician (and being Frank Vignola's duo partner for years), he's been busy the last few years getting his pilot's license. What an incredible story, which of course led to the idea of recording "Come fly with me".
So sit back, relax, fasten your seatbelts and get ready to take off with Captain Vinny, with a little help from his musical co-pilot Joscho ;)

Vinnie is a great player too. He used to part of Frank Vignola trio before, don't know if that's still up.

What a match made in heaven.
Vinny is a BEAST. He was BORN to solo. I always remember seeing him never getting to solo, playing only rhythm.
Turns out he is and probably was, the best.
I say that with so much respect for both of you, but I must say Joscho you do a wonderful job of bringing people together, and bringing out the best of your fellow guitarists.
It goes to show, in defiance of brutality and destruction, what sublime beauty and skill can emanate from humans.

Wow I hardly recognize Vinny. Sounding spectacular as always. This is the first time I've ever heard him play lead.

Vinnie is that you? Wow so good to see you! Joscho is good company to keep!
Excellent playing. Vinny must have a lot of downtime to keep those chips up. Seeing the Frank and Vinnie tour starting back in 2012 was a real inspiration when playing guitar started to take a back seat to a demanding career. To have all of that talent and put it aside for another career must be difficult. However, a pilot is a good reason., you eventually get plenty of spare time. Joscho is always a master.
A great chemistry between these two. Nice to see Vinny out in front, usually see him play rhythm parts. This is a great duo hope they do more.

Loved it when when Vinny opened trading section with that harmonic chord : Boom! it it really hit groove from that point inwards, to a great finale. Very interesting to what happens when you put these two wonderful guitarists together. So much enjoyed this high energy interpretation. Really have to get you guys to the UK sometime...
