they're in brickell. this video is in CBD (central business district) which was the original heart of the city in the early 20th century- but nowadays isn't really. most of the property shown here is owned by Moishe Mana, infamous for promising to transform the neighbourhood but never doing much of anything resulting in the places being neglected while other districts like brickell wynwood, edgewater, and now park west all see a crazy amount of development and new attractions.

A lot of people keep saying the streets are empty. Who wants to go out to walk if it’s 95° F ? I love Miami but I’m not a fun person I usually there in the morning driving all day long and go to sleep at night.
