Thanks for making a mininature version of me! That "ring thing" is a rain gaurd it protects our stator and chopper from rain and when the sound comes out of the stator it presurises the air to make it louder.
If you make a motor control relay, you can trigger that siren from the "Ext Alert" jack on some Midland weather radios, for the duration of the weather radio's alert beep. You may not want to send more than 5V through that jack because I think it's a transistor and not a relay inside the unit, but there is some kind of contact closure in there. If you have a 3.5mm stereo audio cable, the contact is across the tip and sleeve.

also you should buy a traxxas rc car brushless motor to get a louder sound because that engine has a lot of power but maybe it would make it sound to high pitched who knows
I have a new intro idea. The same music still plays. Thunderbolt finds a rock. Spins it around and throws it. The rock hits the solar panel. I just don't like the big wait between the rock hitting the panel and the end. Too long delay.
that sounds close enough to or 4300 RPM the 5 HP sirens reached 3300 RPM ... the 7 1/2 and 10 HP sirens were 4300. thus why a 7-TT is louder than a 5-TT.. the faster the RPM the louder, but you know this probably...All of this is determined by proper Electrical 3 phase /220/240/440V power
