I already knew who she was from the profile. Regardless of the MB 'bias' the comment that he left on his own simply is a lie! There again MB could have fed her with lies, they do say love is blind.
***** Was it not Johns idea to start with (started out as John Lever's Second Skin). John had an arm injury, he had not left the band...they roped in Yves to fill in but conspired all along to carry on without John, hence why they were oh so vague when everyone asked where is John.
We all know Mark is a sociopath (perhaps you may learn of this too one day), and has sadly alienated everyone including us fans, shame the way everything has turned out.
If John was not busy in his new band I would dearly love to see Reg, Dave and John rope in another singer to do "Chameleons Covers" instead of Mark raking in the Christmas coffers each year.
I dont know whats happened between mark and john recently but it seems to me mark is just getting on with his work and whoever figurehead is, he keeps spewing vile on all these videos where lets face it , fans are just trying to see the music they love , and as sad as it is the band never seemed to be able to put personal differences aside for their art , at least mark is keeping the music we all love alive.
Its sad so many great bands fall apart like this, and i dont ever think just one person is to blame.
ive seen all incarnations of the chameleons since 2002 and the recent lineup and shows at academy were as good as i imagine they could be ... would i rather it was the original guys - sure , if they could let there grievances get out of the way of the music , but 30 years has shown that doesnt happen , shame
Mark is a total gentleman. I have Script of the bridge signed by him and the Reg. INCREDIBLE musicianship between all ORIGINAL 4.
