Wirraway v. Heclapar: 24 Feb 1942

Catching up on the campaign while I am visiting Australia.
The forces of Japan continue their invasions of oil producing sites on Borneo while the Allies appear to be reinforcing Suva in the the South Pacific. RO boats get the worst of the encounters with Allied escorts at other atolls in SOPAC and limp home.

If you don't want auto victory, maybe you can grab units from uselles base without industry like Foochow? (Or which base in this region that requires 100 garrison and only have 2 manpower)

Good point. I make this calculation all throughout India at the moment, but have not scrutinized China.
