Feanshu I wish i had watched your video few weeks ago. I had applied for spouse PR ON 22nd Dec, and by God’s grace received medical request on 28th Feb. Me and my Husband we both were so happy & excited. I booked my medical on 1st March and got slot of 04th afternoon but unfortunately post to getting appointment, on 2nd I started feeling sick. I had sore throat on 2nd & 3rd. Totally scared should i go for medical or not. Then I took help from google and found on IRCC’s site that there’s nothing like to worry if u have sore throat. I called hospital though they advised not to come if i have cough. By that time (on 3rd) i just had sore throat and lil pain while taking saliva in. After reading instructions from IRCC i decided to go ahead. Took cups over cups of hot water (like tea sip by sip) and went for medical on 4th Mar. Throat was better with no pain at all but i started feeling runny nose and 1-2 sneeze in a day type cold. When doctor checked me through stethoscope she said it’s all fine, there’s nothing. I took it as a good sign and finished my medical woth X-ray and other tests. On 5th cold increased and on 6th and 7th i got fever (post medical). Later in family one by one everybody got same symptoms coz it was viral. Now on 10th I received mail from IRCC that they need further medical information and so advised to contact my doctor. When I called hospital I got to know my X-ray wasn’t normal so I need to go for Sputum Culture test which for reports take 2months. Me and my husband both have been in 11 years of long distance relationship and this 1 thing has pushed away our reunion. So better to avoid medical if u have any issue.

I have two questions, please.
1) I am working in Canada on an open work permit after my study in Canada. Can I do my medical exam couple of months after filing my express entry application and ITA is not yet received ?

If we have had any kind of surgery or laparoscopy, is it necessary to tell there . Because if we don't tell, they won't know about the marks of the surgery. So can this thing become issue in medicine or not?

don't worry..eye power doesn't matter as long as long as you have your glasses and you can read properly in the test

Sir jab wo eyesight check karte ha toh kya wo dono eyes ko individually check karte hai..kyuki mere right eye mai coloboma or lazy eye ki problem hai jiski vajah se mere koh right eye se blurry dikhta ha even if i wear specs lekin mere left eye ke vision proper thk ha... nope. but it will cost extra somewhere around rs. 1500-2000.
