  • beadaholique.com/collections/... - This technique, showcased in the Mazatlan Bracelet, can be used with many different materials including cotton cord, paracord, leather, s-lon and more. Depending on the material of your choice we recommend a thread zap or other heat source to secure the ends. You can also use a glue if you prefer like GS Hypo Cement or E6000. Note for larger cords you will use larger beads.

    • @beadaholique
      @beadaholique  Před 2 lety

      That's a good idea, it can be a little tricky. I like to press one end of the bracelet to my wrist with the ring finger of my other hand and then pull the other end of the bracelet tight by grabbing it between my thumb and index finger. It's a bit easier to show than it is to describe though. We'll see about making a video for it, thanks for the suggestion!

The camera isn't as close unfortunately since it wasn't shot in our regular studio, but it will give you an idea of how to do it by hand. • @beadaholique
      @beadaholique  Před 5 lety +1

      It's not a dumb question. It can be strange to do it one handed. You have to hold one side with the hand you have the bracelet on and with the other hand pull tight. You can put a drop of glue at the end to keep it from fraying. I'd recommend a super glue style adhesive that's thin and easy to apply in small drops, here's the one we tend to use: beadaholique.com/products/eurotool-super-new-glue-heavy-duty-adhesive-3-gram-bottle
