I took a purse to a shoe repair shop and they told me they could not repair it I would have to try and find a luggage repair shop. I just ordered my first leather repair kit on Amazon. Hopefully it helps ❤

depending on damages, I would use a leather filler for cracks

I try not to use a typewriter. Gape can damage the skin of the bag. Better to work with your hands and sandpaper.
