I’ve had mine for a year and she’s the best, so smart. But separation anxiety is the worst and nothing I’ve done has worked. I literally can’t go anywhere without her even in the house if I go upstairs she comes along. I even wanted to test her and went up and down the stairs just to see how many times she would follow lol and she did it until I stoped. The shower curtain has to be a quarter of the way open so she can see me, that’s the only bad part but everything else is wonderful she is a wonderful loving dog. Oh and I’ve spent 3 grand so far just on medical bills accidents from other dogs and a 2 times she got sick and we couldn’t figure out what’s wrong. I really love her so I pray the health issues stop. I’m lucky I was able to afford it. But a lot of people can’t so please make sure you will be prepared for anything with this breed
The separation anxiety I think only goes away with time. Our Little girl follows me around like crazy but when she’s at home with mom she just sleeps and does the normal dog things. Another thing to note you have to be active with these little ones they love to play
Same page. My little Pomchi is obsessed. He just began jumping into the shower with me three days ago. Entirely unplanned. But boy, does he prefer to be next to myself or my partner. He won't always be right next to us. His thing is needing to be in the same room. Unless he decides to do a patrol around the house or yard anyways. - We also had to do an FHO on him. Where they cut away the top of the femur. I guess small breeds are prone to back leg bones not getting enough blood in early development and they can break easy. Sadly, it happened to him at 6 months. A split all of the way through. But he's since recovered and you'd never know he had a good bit of his bone removed! Still, as you said, expect anything with them. With any toy breed honestly.
I rescued my male 15 yr. old, he sleeps like a log on the couch, even when we're upstairs. But does cry, when one of us leaves. Other than that he's chill. It takes time.

I was so scared of dogs but I have always wanted a smaller dog, and my husband bought me my pomchi Joshua for Christmas. I’m still kind of scared but I love him so much.

Great video and spot on . Our little guy is 8 months old and full of character and loves the kids . He’s not nippy which is great and is a very loving little chap living up to his name of Teddy Bear , just as the guy in the video describes this breed so that’s got to be an accurate description .
I’ve had big dogs in the past ,Weimaraner’s , so this fella is a real different breed but we love him to bits .he may be small but he’s got a great big personality to make up for his lack of stature .if you’re looking for a toy size dog try one of these they won’t disappoint .
My dog is a rescue and he doesn’t seem to have the traditional, short chihuahua face as his snout is longer than most chihuahuas’. I was told he is a pomchi though. I’ve had him for 6 years. He’s almost 7. I love him so much and he’s definitely very loyal, sassy, compassionate, funny, and more.
My pomchi is a short hair and Mom is the Chihuahua and Dad is the Pomeranian. I love my little Pickle so much ❤

I had one and loved my Nelly! He was truly my Bestfrend and very protective. Training was easy to control his barking but a little harder on the house training side.. I would love to get another one.
My pomchi will be 2 in March, he is the sweetest, cutest little pupp with a very distinct personality, a bit stubborn when he wants to be, but he still listens regardless lol. He loves morning snuggles and he loves when i kiss him little cheeks bones lol, he has white fur with some tan color understones lol my little guy gets all the ladies for me too, perfect wing pup
I love my Pomchi - she is the only White with Leopard Black/Greyish spots .... so much personality and big attitude -she is so sweet to everyone and soooooooo soft even though she has shorter hair or fur ...

Yes they are aborable and loving just make sure you clean there teeth regularly, bad teeth will affect there heart and there kidneys my dog passed may of 2021 😭😭😭 she was 14 yrs

I have smooth coat palm trees they look more like a chihuahua with a tail that comes up and curls tight like a Pomeranians they have really big personalities and are very loyal

I just realize my puppy is a pomchi beacuse i was told she was a long hair chihuahua, but i been looking at her and there's no long hair chihuahua in her 💀, so i been looking and asking and yes mila it's a pomchi but she's more like a chihuahua in her inside, but she doesn't really look like a regular chihuahua, she's fluffy but not super long like a normal Pomeranian
