The briefcase type thing that you are seeing is generally a kind of bulletproof shield. With the press of a button it opens up into a human size shield to protect the dignitary from a sudden attack or to shield him if he is stuck in a crossfire.
    Enjoyed your reaction.

EDITING of Republic parade video was on PERFECT. You are PERFECTLY on point, this parade RESEMBLENS and DEMONSTRATE different regions, traditions, ethinics, cultures of India (1.4 billion population) and also the POWER of army (3.5 million" Navay, ground, air defence," etc), New JENERATION of TECHNOLOGY and MODERN weapons are represented with the BEST PERFORMENCE inducted in Indian army. We have FEW National festivals or holidays are there, but the FAVORATE and most LOVEBLE national holiday or festival( mostly children and teenagers) is REPUBLIC day "26 Jaunary". PRIME MINISTER(Modi) has more powers and powerful person in a democratic India..

That briefcase is not holding any code or something inside. It is a portable bulletproof shield folded in such a way that during the time of need it can be opened thereby catering to ballistic protection of NIJ Level 3. The shield acts as armour and if it is pulled downwards opens like a protective wall.

  • @pregnancycareindia

yes, the briefcase has the nuclear code. and each cart in the mid part represents different cultures from different states.

  • @chakravortysamantak5884

The briefcase that the SPG personnels were carrying is a bulletproof shield, they can open the long briefcase in the time of gun shots and can creat a bulletproof shield to protect.
