    My morning routine has been me waking up the usual time i would for work but instead of getting ready for work and commuting i fet my self-care and self-love time by working out, spending time journaling and being spiritual and soaking up the calmness and peace in the morning before everyone else in my house is up and about. It has been really healing and I am treasuring these moments

    Quarantine is destroying any good habit I once had and taking me back to habits I had from like 5-10 years ago 😅
    Aka staying up hella late and sleeping in all morning 🙃
    So hopefully this can motivate and inspire me and cast a spell to fix me 😂

      After 50 days of quarantine 50 days of laziness and waking up super late, I finally decided to fixed my waking time to 5AM because I’m sick of waking up late already 😃 and I love getting back on track again. I’m sure you will find your motivation back soon!

I have been following your channel for a long time and the last year or so, I have been a little worried about you, because you seem to have been going through a rough time.     I am back working now after being off for a month and a half. To be honest with myself, I needed the break and I need a change. I love the concept of my occupation, but my body, mind and soul needs a change. Maybe it is the type of clientele I see and the superficial skimming of the surface my practice as become, but I crave deep, more profound conversations, learning and daily rituals. Quarantine was a huge mental and emotional shift for me and I crave my me time again and it's only been 9 days since being back to work lol. I feel a lot of shifting and changing taking place in the near future

    A really important part of my current morning is to call my best friend while we both sit on our balconies with some hot beverages. We talk about some pretty deep stuff on some mornings and on others it’s very light and fluffy. It’s both a check-in with reality and a mini-therapy session each morning

    I love this so much! I've struggled to get out of bed early lately because of bad sleep'; but am trying to at least get up around 9am again! I love mornings and it tends to help my mood a lot. What I always do is cuddle with my cats and pull a daily tarot card (including mini journaling) before making my breakfast.

    I have been feeling really scattered without my daily routine, so I outlined how I want my ideal day to be. I need something to anchor to, so I seriously outlined exactly how my mornings will go, when my breaks are, and what time I wake up/go to bed. So far, so good! As someone with high anxiety, a routine is SO important to me. When I stray from it, I notice more panic attacks and more depressive episodes during my day. One of the most important habits is waking up early, and five a.m. seems to be the magic number for some reason.

    The mindset of “meet yourself where you’re at” was everything I needed today. I’ve been trying to get a proper routine back in my day to day life but I suppose I’m being too eager doing so. Every morning I wake up a little mad at myself for again snoozing once or twice and I shouldn’t be doing that. That’s like such a wrong start to the day. So, thank you kalyn you hit home ✨

    I literally cannot wait for your yoga classes!!! 💛 ..my morning routine is very much scheduled according to my work starting at 9 (from home ofc) but I'm trying to make it as productive as possible in a way that I know that if I don't take my time to do certain things like yoga, check my to do list, drink coffee, play with my kitty, that I won't have that good feeling I have after all these things.. anywaaaaay, I would LOVE one day to have a longer and more enjoyable morning routine and days in general, that's why I'm working on things I actually want to do in my life and so that I can leave my 9 to 5 job in a year I hope. Wish me luck 💫💛

    My morning routine hasn´t change much...I have online school, so I have to wake up everyday around seven o´clock, so I can prepare some breakfast, do a little good morning workout and then eat my breakfast while watching CZcams (what I´m doing right now). I had to find some routine, because it really keep me sane these days. I hope you will have an amazing week, stay safe

    I run 5 miles pretty much every morning at 6am (I skipped 3 days in April) in the woods . Then I have breakfast and practice my sign language songs then Zumba with Jeca on CZcams- anything between 4-12 songs then Joe Wicks PE. Then I finally shower and have my coffee in the garden. I love my morning routine!

    I actually recently purchased a fit bit. I've been wanting one because I love tracking things and data but mostly I am curious as to how much walking I do in a day. The fit bit I got also picks up when your stressed or when your body battery is drained and reminds you to breathe. Ive noticed a couple times it goes off and I don't think im stressed but realized I am holding my breath. So then it does a guided breathing and we move on. I thought that was really fascinating.

    Even though I rarely wake up as early as 7:20am, the shrill sound that your hydration station bottle makes when you open it would definitely make me jump out of bed and potentially give me nightmares the ensuing night.

    I try to have a routine while in quarantine! Trying to read, write, and learn Spanish every day, and try to move my body or throw in a workout 😊 I’m sooo excited for the Koze Flows!!

    really happy to see this vlog. i love the morning and evening routines so glad to see it again. far as what kind of routine i've been following? i haven't. at least not purposely - i do find myself doing yoga and showering around the same time every day and that wasn't something i did purposely. other than that i try to do responsibility stuff first thing in the morning before getting involved in video games/anime, but otherwise it's literally just whatever i feel up to at the time

    I was just watching all your old morning routine videos for inspiration 😂❤️ I’m trying to be gentle and flexible when it comes to routines in quarantine but I definitely need to be just a littttllleee more structured. One (probably bad) habit I’ve had in quarantine is I let myself watch an episode of a show on Netflix while I have my coffee... to be honest I find it impossible to focus on reading right now so it’s just a nice way to have some time to relax before I jump into school

    Thanks for the reminder to let myself be human. Slept through my alarms this morning and wanted breakfast and then a walk when I woke up. Didn't have time for my usual morning strength training and yoga, so I told myself I'd do it later, but now I'm just really tired and not feeling it. And that's okay.

    I wish I could stick to this routine I’ve set where I can spend a few hours actually getting ready in the morning instead of rolling out of bed and going to the office. Quarantine has shown me the best way to enjoy my day and I’m so afraid I’m going to lose that.

    Been entering this spiritual awakening season and in the process of learning to trust my intuition and the Divine. This has been all new to me but I needed a reminder for you today, about meeting yourself where you're at. "Meet myself at my human."
    With this new empowerment of who I am and what I'm capable of, remembering that I am still human as well. I am more but I am also human and will go through the fluctuations of moods, emotions, etc. Remember to not pretend those feelings aren't real. Almost that toxic positivity I've encountered and would feel guilty for not feeling it before. Being authentic and real with yourself and meeting yourself where you're at, at the moment, and then it's how you proceed is what matters. So, just being still and acknowledging it and giving it to Spirit; either journal, meditate, listen to music, whatever...
    Anyway, that was me "verbally" processing the idea for myself lol Thanks for sharing your thoughts today with us.

    Thanks for this vlog Kalyn! One word I have to say: SAME. I feel some days good and some days bad. My sleep schedule is nuts and sometimes I get angry about the situation and can't control it. Trying to do different things this quarantine though, like eating healthier and doing more exercise. Hope everyone is okay!

    I made myself a 'good morning' spotify playlist with uplifting acoustic songs & I put it on every morning when I get out of bed (and then I make my coffee). It honestly puts me in such a good mood that it's impossible to have a bad day, so I'll definitely keep doing it even after the quarantine ends!!

    my morning routine has been pretty non existent as of now. hopefully with summer school i get more of a routine. good for you for getting up at 7 by yourself, cause getting up early has def been a struggle. 😅

    I love your videos and you are one of my biggest inspirations when it comes to content creating. I notice how much shampoo and conditioner you had to use for your wash. For a brand that's vegan, that's a ton of product to have to go through which makes me think the line is mostly diluted with water. If the ingredients were powerful, the suggested recommend usage would be smaller! I have a naturally derived/ vegan brand that I've been using for over two years now and the bottles last 3-4 months on average. If you ever want to switch, let me know! I only need a quarter sized amount to get a lather! 💕
