    How do you know when the calamari is done? What should I be looking for?

      Hello Sarah, Once all pieces becomes curvy, you are half the way there. When its fully done, It would shrink to 50-70% of its size, Its color would change to off white or beige depends on species, and you'd be able cut it with a wooden spoon. I hope that helped 😊
