Great presentation! Love these old breweries and seeing their processes, wish we got their beer in the US. Also appreciated the lovely soundtrack, a pleasant change from the typical hiphop/rock stuff on other channels.
Is the flavour consistent? Seems there were a lot of variables in the brewing process that could go wrong. Very interesting and I've done a few tours but nothing like this.
By monitoring the quantities of ingredients and the gravity closely, the quality control is excellent and the flavour remains consistent. The team are highly skilled brewers and know what to check for. So glad you enjoyed our video, thank you for your comment.
