Looks like a lot of fun. Yeah that rain was a lot.
Was awesome to meet ya'll,
Likewise! We'll see ya again at the next one, I'm sure.

Beautiful drive, beautiful area.
Love Lake Ten Killer ♥
Last year it was in May, I vote to have Next year's in May. It was perfect weather. 😁
You came prepared, good deal
@@DinkTank369 Indeed, where do we vote?
We sure were looking forward to meeting you both, but glad you missed the worst of it.
Hopefully, we can meet up at the next one!
@@BarndoVilla Are y'all coming to the Arkansas River Valley meet-up?
@@MakingItHome1776 Unsure at this time. We need new gear so it may be a hot minute.
I really wanted to attend this year but just couldn't make it. Thanks for sharing.
Hope you are doing well!
@@BarndoVilla glad all of you are OK
Somtimes its a camping fail. Was this a new tent?
Did you waterproof it?
I have tent cots now from costco.
I'm impressed you carried on knowing the weather pattern coming through.
How did the rest of the group do?
The tent was waterproofed, but it's hard to keep waterproofing, knowing that most waterproofing agents contain forever chemicals. The base of this tent was tight when we started, but the fabric was subjected to strong winds all night long, stretching it. I really like the easy up tent, we kept that and are looking for a 10x20 frame now, so one side can be a kitchen or lounge area and the other, the sleeping area. Tent cots are awesome 👏 but not for family stuff and ebikes, etc. I have a small tent for backpacking and adventure motorcycle stuff (still pretty big) when doing solo trips.
Hahaha Lake Tent Killer...
It doesn't matter when or where you choose to vacation here, stay a few days and you'll probably witness some form of natural disaster. I swear it's beautiful here though when Mother Nature isn't actively trying to unexist you. 😅
Interesting.
