Also leaving the cuttings can suffocate your lawn and as it rots it stinks. I know this because my dogs love to roll in it!

Great job mate, plenty of mulch to feed the lawn in the future. These folks that complain about not removing green waste must believe it is normal to feed the lawn with harmful chemicals rather than naturally.

Very thoughtful to make a safe play area for the kids, and to make the access better for the clothesline in use. One thing you are doing, with your super-mower that can tackle large stuff, is regaining space. That family lost the use of their yard and it is interesting watching the view, space shift as you clear area by area. At 37:08, I am watching you put a last polish on a yard that has become a miracle. You took it from nearly unusable and with design lines about lost, to an orderly yard that is "normal" and looks good. A beautiful gift.

Great job! It looks so much nicer and seems a lot more spacious. I'm sure the lady appreciates it very much. I sure hope that leak gets fixed soon - it'll be costing a small fortune in wasted water. I wonder if the Council can look into it and fix it.

Your in the summer season all ready... gosh. It's terrific you are able to help this family with a make over. You could feed 2 horses for a week with that grass. So emerald green and lush. It always surprises me, just how much space opens up after a good grass trim. The yard is large, and you did a good tiddy up.
We are in Autumn now, although weather wise still seems the height of summer.

By the stuff, in the Back Yard, it looks to me that She has Younger Children .. so Sad that she would Pass away at such a young age. Sorry about your hot and humid days ... as right now in Northeastern Ontario, Canada, it is now -12*C (10.4*F) and snowing. A few days ago, it was in the pluses. grouse work Jason mate love the before and after results for sure and of course meeting a nice fury friend 🐶🐕in the intro for sure and it was probably thinking oh please hooman tidy up that yard for me it,s not a good look and i know,s the mum probably wants it done badly for her kennel yard too yep and a lovely one by the sounds of their good nature and friendly meet and greet for sure and yep it,s not everyday for sure and yep i also have two (2) pooches next door to me and well they are also very curious about what goes on in my yard and also the things i do too and yep it,s in their nature after all etc and yep i say never get mad at them and blend in and bond together and well the relationship between the fury companion and the alpha dog can be a lovely blessing for sure as they are a smart pair together too and here in Grovedale Victoria Australia yep in Regional Victoria we often have a few good lot etc.
