I am a black on black on black guy. I went with the ceramic. They had it in stock, so it's what I took. Both great pieces, but I do prefer the ceramic. PVD bracelet would be a great add on, but having two straps is enough honestly.

Checkout the black rubber b strap, rubber bracelet that is fully integrated. Super clean.

Had many, many luxury watches and sold most of them. The 925 is one of only a couple of keepers, because it's silver. I look forward to it growing old and looking old with me.

The 925 is just gorgeous. But there’s something so cool about the dial on the ceramic. Too bad the whole thing isn’t ceramic but it’s still better looking than the Omega Dark Side of the Moon.

I want both as well as the Pelagos but cant make up my mind which one to go for. The tarnish is a slight issue with the 925 and the fact that I cant find a ceramic one is a bit of a problem.

The 925 tarnish story is just that, a myth and a story. Happens very rarly and is easy to clean up. I have had mine from the get go at the end of May and never had any tarnishing at all. Great watch and very much better than this other watch he is talking about. Better than the other BB58s too.

Ceramic can crack irreparably :S I'd go 925 because of that and it's heirloom qualities (even if it gets some patina it can be restored)

    I like them both.
Silver one is solid silver but only cosc certified movement also it will be easier to take care of.
Ceramic one is not full ceramic :( but has à double certified movement cosc and metas. It may be harder to take care of this soecific movement.
Regarding it's value it seems they keep it well.
A silver bracelet on the silver one would be great or satin Steel.
Before seeing comments and vidéo BB Black was winning now it's a draw.

Neither. Skip Tudor. My experience buying a BB 925 was horrendous. The first 6 months of ownership, my watch was stuck at Tudor/Rolex Service Center in Dallas TX, due to a faulty movement. Then when I finally got it back, the bezel was damaged. Total joke. I’m done with Tudor.

CORRECTION: the ceramic still has pvd coating on a steel case! And no lume pib (which is just silly for a "diver"). Equally it may be argued that the material in the 925 only has drawbacks and the movement is plain-jane... Still I got me a 925 just because ^^
