The only "problem" with NCT music, specifically 127's, is that the songs time of release is when the world isn't ready to accept it - their music is futuristic, experimental, diverse and trendsetting. People who weren't here will look watch this mv, listen to Superhuman etc. and be shocked at how something so amazing was made this early. The 7th Sense is a great opening act to N-City, a masterpiece imo, and it's taken forever to even near 100M. But as we grow bigger and the world stops sleeping on them that's when their work will be acknowledged like it should. NCT2020 has truly opened more doors and I can't wait to see the development with my own eyes 💚

As someone who was born in the 80s I can tell you this video is the superior Limitless mv. This mv is like the indie alternative rock and hip hop from the 90s mvs that were low budget and you loved it anyway because the music itself was amazing. This is what that mv is trying to capture and they did it brilliantly. It's the antithesis of current kpop mvs that are all sleek and smooth. This is one of the best kpop mvs I've ever seen and people don't even realize it.

I'm working my way through NTC's older stuff and this video is by far my favourite of their early productions. The retro look (nostalgic!), the colours, the clothes, the slightly off-centered home video look, the screen shakes, I love all of it! It's the most interesting concept until their more recent stuff (which I stumbled upon first).

i'm a much more recent nctzen (i started listening to their music january of this year) but it's so clear to me that they were so far ahead of their time. their concepts, style of music, etc. are becoming a trend now among other, more recent groups while 127 was criticised for it back in 2016. it's so odd for me how this song in particular performed views-wise; out of all three mvs, this has the least views. the aesthetic is amazing and, as it says in the caption, *rough* and i love that.
despite being a recent fan, it wasn't newly released songs like "ay-yo" and "two baddies" that got me into 127, because i always listen to a group's music in order of release - from their debut to their most recent release. it kind of saddens me to see how their music has developed, and how they seemed to have went from a fresh, experimental, ahead-of-their-time hiphop group to a much more manufactured idol group.
don't get me wrong, i am aware almost all k-pop groups are manufactured and i still love 127's recent music, but it's sad to see a group lose their original trademark flavour and try to follow recent trends and not set their own.
however, trying to follow a trend or not, nct 127's music was the most appealing for me out of all the groups i listen to. it's experimental and a bit noisy and i love that. "limitless" i don't think you can really categorise as "noise music" but it's still one of my favourite songs from theirs to date, and i think one of their best songs yet.

Their harmonisation was no joke. It was soooo hard to do. It's what you called PERFECTION. Their Ad-Libs, I can't even explain this. This is a really really good (and difficult) song for a singing-dance group. TVXQ, SJ, Shinee, EXO and now NCT. The harmonisation is SM's signature. The MV is so awesome but I wish all k-pop listeners should stop focus to the MV for a while and appreciate their voices and their hard work on the harmonisation.

In retrospect, this could be iconic. I remember watching this years ago and not liking it, not adoring instantly the way we do now with their dashing looks.
