      What have they figured out, exactly? Norway has by far the worst economy in Europe. Not only is Norway officially the world's least self-sufficient nation, due to its unfortunate geography and miserable climate, It lacks skilled workers and expertise across its resource-poor crude extractive economy. Greece, worst performing in the EU, lacks sufficient expertise in about 20 areas of its economy. Norway has more than 120 gaps in expertise in its economy. Do the maths. It's so sobering. Don't kid yourself economics is just about artificial oil wealth and GDP per capita figures jotted down on a piece of paper. It's not even enough to feed people in a place like Norway. Maybe Norway has got it completely wrong and left itself among the most unsustainable populations in Europe.

      And about Norway being one of the poorest countries in the world.
      According to the statistics;
      Norway’s wealth, fueled by its oil reserves, places it among the richest countries in Europe. Let’s break it down:
      Government Pension Fund Global (Oil Fund):
      Established in 1990, this fund invests surplus revenues from Norway’s petroleum sector.
      As of March 2024, it holds over US$1.62 trillion in assets, making it the world’s largest sovereign wealth fund.
      On average, this translates to over US$295,000 per Norwegian citizen1.
      The fund invests globally in equities, real estate, and fixed-income assets.
      GDP per Capita:
      Norway’s GDP per capita (PPP) is estimated at $82,264 in 2023, placing it among the wealthiest European nations2.
      Luxembourg, Ireland, and Switzerland are also high on the list.
      Comparison to Other European Countries:
      Norway’s wealth per capita far exceeds most European countries.

    What is it with some people , Norway is a fantastic country to visit in any season , loved the culture and the fjords are amazing. Visited Norge in the summer a few years ago and if you ever get the chance to to visit I’d recommend it ,Bergan, Voss, ( there’s a great sky diving club there ) the railways are a good way to travel around too , try the Flåm railway from Myrdal to Flåm ,you won’t be disappointed with the views !,,🇬🇧❤🇳🇴

    I'll let you into a little secret. Norway has a rather unfortunate geography and miserable climate on the periphery. Yes, Norway excels at winters sports, especially skiing, because there isn't much else to do in Norway most of the year. However, Norway clearly doesn't excel at sports generally. Stick to the facts and quit the BS.

      @@TalkingClouds-kz1uq Another Nordic bore who imagines his BS stats beats the world? Yes, all nations have individuals who have been successful at sports. But, e.g., pretending individuals like Haaland make Norway good at football is clearly BS. Because Norway ain't that good at football. Same thing goes for Warholm and Ingebrigtsen. Their individual successes clearly don't make Norway that good at athletics generally. How come Norway performs well on snow and not so good at the summer olympics and most other international sporting events? I don''t consider chess to be a sport either. As for the rest of your cherry-picked BS, Norway remains mediocre at sports generally. Perhaps due to being obsessed by winter sports. It's Norway, with its unfortunate geography and miserable climate on the periphery at the end of the day. Maybe that's why 'being happy' is like a sport to you bored trolls. You and your statistically flawed happy stats, aye? Haven't you got anything better to do? LOL!
