Senate Chaplain Claims God Appointed Trump

"Official" Senate Chaplain Barry Black offers America some extraordinary woo woo before lunch.
According to Barry, God appointed Trump by use of 'providence'?
Golly, why bother with elections then if God is going to override things anyway?
Anyone else see the basic problem with having an "official" Senate Chaplain?
