Aspirin for Preeclampsia

How can we reduce the risk of preeclampsia in pregnant women? Preeclampsia is a pregnancy complication that causes high blood pressure and signs of damage to organs. It affects three or four out of 100 pregnant women. Low-dose aspirin has been recommended for pregnant women considered to be at high risk and moderate risk of preeclampsia. Thanks doctor. In my first pregnancy at last time preeclampsia happen and i got my baby girl with 1.5kg....and the in my second pregnancy it also happen and i lost my baby at 6 month and also in my 3rd peegnancy at 31weeks happen and i lost my twine but now am worry for the future so please doctor tell me can i have achance for future with asprin.

I imagine similar to taking a regular aspirin. You're more at risk for bleeding. But the dose is small, so maybe the risk is low. My doctor told me no risk to the baby. I think I'll start taking it. Doctor recommended.
