ma'am I cannot understand the meaning of
the communication of acceptance is complete:
a) as against the proposer, when it is put in a course of transmission to him, so as to be out of power of acceptor
b) as against the acceptor, when it comes to the knowledge of proposer
in dono sentence ka matlab samajh nahi aa raha mam but i know this is related to acceptance only
