The film can take a couple of viewings to really work for some people. It is so grounded and deliberately lower key, that it can appear to be a lesser film than it really is.

I think its a great sport movie... Maybe one of the greatest, supported by great actors, a powerful and original in 80s soundtrack, and with a great message. This film indeed is presented and showed to help people.
