Yes milk definitely causes acne. Your skin shows you that are doing something wrong. Fruits from the trees are the safest and most protected and most nutritient dense and most healing.
If you want to check the body schedule theory, I read Fit for Life by Harvey Diamond years ago. It's a great book and makes total sense just like Mr. Latham explains.
facts.. I have been my own Guinea pig and I was a lot more energetic and ate less when I woke to mango cantaloupe avocado or a fruit smoothie, this summer I ate whatever and I'm paying for that now I have no energy and then at night I can't sleep, these things they call foods IS NOT our food , fruit is our food by design

None of those things are indigenous to the same area. Humans aren’t meant to eat like that. Most fruits and vegetables don’t just grow near each other in the wild. You can make your diet with all fruits and vegetables but its not natural and also puts stress on the environment by growing things out of season and in non indigenous habitats. Gorillas eat insects, leaves, roots, fruit and don’t need protein because their gut biome produces it naturally. Human beings do not have that process.
Please keep in mind, a high fat raw diet can cause many problems. Aris told me any cuisine with high nut or fat content are "party foods" to be eaten occasionally.

Start with the fruits and veggies that you actually like to eat. Eat more of those and if needs be, gradually decrease the meats, dairy and other processed foods off your plate.
Many questions to ask yourself and things to consider before making the declaration that raw causes gas. What did you eat exactly? What foods did you combine together? Some foods don't go well together. What you were experiencing could also be a detox reaction. If you have been eating a lot of processed foods, dairy, sugar, meat and junk foods etc and you switch to fresh fruits and veggies only, your body will go through a detox process in an attempt to eliminate the accumulated toxins in your body. Fresh is best!
I agree with Dr Aris, but not fully. At times Chicken and mainly fish isn't such a bad idea, but only in moderation. I ain't going to lie, eating chicken occasionally is nice, and gives you an alternative from constantly eating live foods. I personally don't think that eating fish and chicken in moderation, is going to harm you. Its created by God after all. And only FISH and CHICKEN that are thoroughly bred and as close to naturally organic as possible. Fish is actually good for the heart, with its Omega 3 properties. But yeah, plenty of fruits and vegetables on a regular basis is vitally essential for the mind, body and soul. And I disagree with the Dr on water consumption. Our bodies are 80-85% of water, so we need it. Big up still.✊🏿🙏🏿
Any animal product is made by the animal consuming plants to obtain the nutrients that your body then needs to break down and re-digest, tho. The process depletes calcium which causes your body to work harder to maintain pH balance.
The premise of not needing to drink water is because a fruit based diet provides all the water needed. Water in fruit is high vibrational living water so you require less of it. Bottled or tap water had a destroyed structure so it can hydrate you to some extent but cannot heal.
