- Log Duplication in Sons of the Forest without a log glitch or mods! The last log duplication glitch has been patched, so here's a little cheat you can use that's much better than any log dupe glitch. In Vanilla Sons of the Forest type "cheatstick" then hit F1, then type "loghack on" for a fast and easy way to get a log that will duplicate itself as you place it. I have reviewed all the comments and answers to the comments but when I type in "cheatstick" the inventory opens when you get to the letter 'i' I've tried typing it again after closing inventory as well as finishing typing it after closing inventory as well as hitting F1 after closing inventory, but I can not get the console to come up. This is so frustrating.
You don't need to change keyboard layout. Just press Esc key during the game and type "cheatstick" and then go back to the game and press F1. The console is now activated.

The console is case sensitive. Try lower case

Dude I've seen so many ask where you type it and you answer in the game, like yeah no shit but no one actually knows HOW, HOW?! to type it? and you keep responding in the game? like wth man we still dont know how to type it, what BUTTON do we press to be able to type, its not like were just walking around while being in a chat, so what key do I press so I can open the chat (in game, I understood that) and type cheatstick, because no one actually got help ur just saying we gotta type it in game and yeah thats pretty no shit but how the heck do I open the chat in game?
