Mam... u r right ... SAARC need be make effective... and as India is the leading economy among saarc countries, India should lead the developmental activities in the region. Mam u said that for making SAARC more effective india as well as Pakistan should minimize the acceleration of nuclear weapons... but mam India is not only a rival country for Pakistan... but Indians also have huge threat from a nuclear country like China as well. What's your opinion about this mam....
