There are various reasons of oil coming out form exhaust/ silencer.
First reason is overflow of oil . If you fill oil above the max level then chances are there that engine starts picking up oil. Some amount of this oil burns with fuel while remaining un-burnt oil particles goes out from exhaust.
Next reason is blocked PCV ( positive crankcase vent) valve. Piston in the engine move ups and down which cause the volume of air/gases in crankcase increase and decrease rapidly. To manage this pressure / ventilation correctly one valve is provided called PCV valve. This valve allows gases / air to pass through in and out to maintain correct pressure. If this valve gets clogged then chances of oil to enter in combustion chamber increases through piston rings. Which finally cause white/ bluish smoke and presence of oil in silencer.
Turbo , this may be a reason of oil in silencer. If oil is leaking from exhaust side then this oil will flow with smoke / exhaust gases to the silencer.
Damaged / worn cylinder head gasket may be a reason of it . If this gasket is damaged lubricating oil splashed in the inner wall of cylinder enter through this gasket and mix in exhaust gases and finally go to the silencer.
Broken piston rings : We all know that as the engine runs the piston rings wears. But if these rings breaks up then large amount enters in the combustion chamber and some amount burns and rest goes out with exhaust gases to the silencer.
Worn guide valve : Guide valve is provided to conduct head from valve end(in combustion chamber) to cylinder head. If this wears and got a play then oil pass through this gap/play and mix with exhaust gases. Finally you see this oil in silencer
Oil in the silencer is a serious issue , you should not avoid it .Always consider it as serious problem and monitor it continuously. Visit to nearest service center and get it resolved.

Sir mera tractor me mixed diesel oil dalne se pump kharab ho gaya tha pump ka kam kara liya per jab Engine start karta hu tab kuch samay jyada dhua deta hai aur Engine load lene pe bhi dhua deta hai kya problem ho sakta hai.please replay dijiye.

Oil separator centrifuge force pe kaam karta hai, so check for free rotation and drive shaft rpm .

Lekin agar gasket kit change karne Kay baad bhi hawa aayi toh? Or, silencer say paani tapak ta hei toh? What to do, what is problem after engine boring and overhaul?
Aapke case m gasket kit change karne ki jarurat nhi hai....
Aap 2 cheez check kariye, ki cylinder boring sahi se hua hai...aur piston and rings sahi hai ...
Aur exhaust/inlet valve seat sahi hai
@@Engineer_Khopdi Dear Sir, it was packing problem (it got rough, it was new, that too 1 or 2 mm gap occurred in fixing)
Initially, after 2 days, bike sound changed & I had doubt. I told mechanic but he was hesitant to open engine again. I insisted, went to 2 mechanics & then messaged you. Your specific suggestions to check boring + valve + sealing helped.
I again bought kit because I don't want to take any other chance for leakage & if I delay, the whole engine gets effected in long run and I have to pay mechanic again... my problem got solved with just 670 /- INR.
NO MORE problems.
Little drops (2 or 3 drops falling) is sign of good engine work as the gas gets diluted, forms vapor in winter & actually is sign of good engineering work for engine and reduced pollution.
After that, 2 days, I redid, fine tuned, new battery & wiring.
Results:
1. Health of engine & spark plug is very great
2. Milage:
A) city - 78 kilometres per litre (with food use of engine-clutch-gears)
B) highway - 85 kilometres per litre
3. Bike is smooth & everything is as good as new. I love going on for rides.

Car starts in first runs normal but white smoke comes every times,oil levels decreases after 200 km.
As car was dumped for nearly 30 years with 57000 km milage in meter gauge.
It happens in old diesel engine because the clearance between internal parts increases with time/run..
