Very nice job on this nearly forgotten doowop classic originally done in 1958 by the late Leroy King and The Students! Leroy was about 16 when he sang lead on this. The flip side of the song was just as good "Everyday Of The Week"

Ike is a great addition to the current touring Beach Boys. I believe he even did a few gigs with Brian Wilson's band including the Brian Wilson and Friends Soundstage show.
If you think this is "Wow" you must not have heard the studio version with Brian's lead vocals and his falsetto..this guy's good... But the studio version is better... A REAL wow though is listening to the original by The Students(1958)... Check that one out.
WOW. What a phenomenal voice! Ike & crew are coming to St John's this June - I miss Randell Kirsch (frankly would rather he was down front than Jeff) but this is a great band and Ike brings a great deal to it.

I think Jeff sang lead in Tyler, TX - a couple of weeks before this.

Ike didn't come up front and sing it in Tyler and the spotlight was on Jeff during the song.
