Ya know the sad thing I had a very similar family, always negative talking, complaining, doing bad things and I knew it was bad but I didn’t realize how bad until I left everyone how bad it actually messed with my mental health and how badly I talked about myself because of it. I’m working on it but being in it for most of your life is hard so I felt when you talked about negative impact of family

Watchin you talk about mental health and what really brings light into how negativity breeds negativity. Been here for a long time, intend to stay for the rest of it!
I felt that growing up in a household with a lot of negativity and how it effects your mind. Luckily, it was realized and also lost some of the negative people but have a lot of positive now. :)
