My Best EVER Round? | Break 80

- Welcome to Tankersley Park Golf Club.
A par 70 course that isn’t the longest. Can we do it? My previous best was 74 at Cleveland in the height of Summer when all the fairways were yellow and I could hit the off drive 300-350 yards, including rollout.

If your ever round that area again Gaz give wortley, stocksbridge and silkstone a crack all very different courses but very challenging for short courses and all have some very unique holes that you'll enjoy and worth a trip in the summer when the greens are rolling pure. I play all 4 regularly during summer and would say Tankersley is the easier of the 4 but you'll go well round those with your game and will enjoy them all. Youve had a great summer the games come on massive keep up the grind 🙌🏌⛳️

You need to get abroad during winter lad. Only way to truly enjoy it.
This time of year I just try to get a few cheeky 9 hole sessions in during the week. Clubs will stay in the shed from late November til mid-February…otherwise I’ll just start to hate going in the freezing cold.
Played here in the summer, some of the fastest greens I’ve ever played so slick. Have to come back in summer!
The winter tees at Tankersley were the best I've played on, one of the old boys made them in his spare time.

Score 71 last time out off the whites at Tankersley...only 6000yds off yellows plates isn't so difficult but the ball has to go in the hole... good effort!.
Winter golf, playing in the dry is a bonus. Take it while you can. Who cares how you play haha

I play tanks quite often, not off winter tees as yet, 77 is a very good score my best been 85 lol good viewing again 🤙🏻

If you dont like winter golf - go play links courses - loads in the north west coast that are dry all year round

Gas you should do caddying for subscribers to help them shoot lower like toms video. That way if it’s pissing down u got a buggy and umbrella and let them get soaked 😂

Winter Golf.....Lanzarote
An idea for the simulator during winter, why not post a round at a course of your choice on the track man and then those of us who have trackman sims local can try and match it or beat it with our logins (handicapped of course for mere mortals like myself at 16). Let me know what you think, another great video Gaz!

Gaz in the winter you should work on your tempo….it’s to slow on the back swing to then fast
I would recommend going abroad to get away from the winter golf blues.

Compare cheap, mid, expensive golf balls ⛳⛳
Test out the tips / instruction given on instructional videos on CZcams. See if they help your ball striking (yards, spin etc). Can you have a look at the Jim Venetos golf swing mechanics and review it on your simulator please?? Maybe do some instructional videos for us
