    Honestly, this video makes me think of Once Upon a Time where Giant Squid Ink can render Magic users temporarily immobile and powerless.

    Just an idea- It would probably be easier to mix the dish soap with the food coloring prior to putting it in the bottle. 🙂

    have you thought about making an edible polyjuice potion or something? I know youve made polyjuice potion before, but why not try an edible one? like a smoothie perhaps? :)

    Hi! I love your channel and all these amazing potions. Thank you so much for making these tutorials! I'm slowly making my way through all the great potions and am ready to attempt this one but cannot find black food coloring, gel or regular, anywhere. Would you mind sharing where you get yours? Thanks and I can't wait to see your next new potion! :)

      BlondiePeony I got mine at Michael’s craft store. Black ink may work if you can’t find black food coloring, I hope that helps, thanks for watching! 💙

    Nice Video as per usual :)))
    Do you know if ink would work as well instead of food coloring ? 😊

    Have you thought of mixing these ingredients first, then adding them to the bottle?

    • @CookingandCraftChick
      @CookingandCraftChick  Před 8 lety

      +Novi Tahm I did, but I found that I had to put the mixture in a narrow necked squeeze bottle to get it in the bottle. I found it was easier to just do it this way because it was less clean up. 👍 but you could definitely pre mix it if you wish. 😄 thanks for watching!

      @@CookingandCraftChick- Or get a funnel with a longer tube to go into the bottles more.

      Ack Man I now use a piping bag to get the potion in the bottles and that works really well! 😊

    How long can you store this for? Planning a big Halloween party for my kids next year. So far I've only decorated empty bottles.

    • @CookingandCraftChick
      @CookingandCraftChick  Před 5 lety

      Mississippi Mama it depends on how they are stored. As long as they are in a cool dry place they should be fine I’ve had several of mine for almost 2 years and they look the same as when I made them. Some can get slight evaporation but only when they are in the sun or a warmer spot. I hope that helps, thanks for watching!

      +Emma Blafeur I just google searched potion labels and literally hundreds come up. If you search squid ink potion label the same one I used should pop up. I then stacked several onto a page and printed them on sticker paper. I am going to try to attach the labels I used to my videos soon.
