I am beyond excited to have discovered this and so happy YT suggested this to me. I am not a dance fan and do not seek out dance videos or ever watch dance comps on TV. But seeing two guys dancing together like it’s nothing and no big deal… that just made my heart fill with pride. As an older gay guy who grew up in a very conservative family and during a time when being gay was still not accepted as today - I grew up in the 70s and 80s - this is amazing. I have never seen this in the US, so I’m wild about it and hope to see more in the US and outside of the gay community. Dance is dance and it knows no age, gender, religion or culture. The only requirement is a willingness to move! ❤thank you so much for sharing and making this gay boy feel less of the odd duck my parents insisted I was. I am overjoyed. I 😂am so glad the current and next generations of gay children will be able to see others like themselves dancing and not having to hide in shame as I did growing up. Bravo!!! 🙏 thank you!❤❤❤
Not to say dancing community overall isn't toxic in any way, but my experience with West Coast Swing specifically so far is that there is no toxic masculinity or prejudice. Gays dance together, straights dance together, two straight guys can dance together and no one will bat an eye and the one in the following role will be comfortable as well. It's lovely 😊
Men grace is different althoug the steps are the same a litte less softer. *I love watching them*. I used to dance in school parties with my female friends when no men were around. I am 68 years young and ex ballet and flamenco dancer. Thanks so much for your videos 💚💚💚💚
Are they an actual couple? They have incredible chemistry, and they kissed before and after the dance. I am hoping they are a couple! Great dancers and adorable together!
Love how all the guys sitting down was all comfortable with themselves enough to give props on the entertainment in that dance. Even started dancing with them before they knew it. Keep spreading love y'all 💞
Great dancing! Great chemistry that comes through too! No substitution for that! The only thing I wanted to see was getting down in the floor and coming back up. I know that harder with the size dynamic but if both go down and come back up, that should work! Fantastic rotation in the turns- definitely a trained dancer there! Just ask for one more thing- MORE from this dynamic couple! 😊
Sometimes the follower in these gender neutral pairings is taller and heavier than the leader. Takes great instincts to overcome. Perhaps that's the wrong word....

West Coast Swing is also a thing in the US. That's why at a competition in Germany an American is hosting 😅
