If she's not "Latina" why the hell do they call her that? because of her appearance? I inform you that being Latino does not have to do with a specific biological ethnicity (race), but with a culture. It's something like being an American, anyone who is born in the USA is an American regardless of their biological ethnicity, well the same thing happens with being Latino.
In Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, etc.) there are people of different biological ethnicities like in the USA. Not everyone looks like the "prototype of Latino" which is a "tanned" person because there are also whites, blacks and asians.
