      @billpletikapich5640 @billpletikapich5640 Occupational hazard,, if your muscle is not ready to lift big, maybe not warmed up properly you risk injury. Every time you lift heavy, there will be some degree of risk, but that's not to say you didn't control the movement

    Trained chest for years going heavy with little to no improvement . Listened to walker explode up.. slow on the downward with a pause. Go for atleast 10. Chest has made incredible gains. The mutant knows what he's talking about

    Best trainer, bodybuilder and mind in the business. The dummies that comment "out of breath" are the 99 percent out there that never trained a real day in there life. You are already on top....the crown is coming and you could not be a better embassador to the sport 🙌

    Changed the whole way I train to the more slow and controlled approach. It’s amazing how much you can grow this way. Way less wear and tare on my joints.
    The commentary on this video was hilarious.

    225lbs on that smith is like 275lbs-295lbs on other smith's. If you've never used an Arsenal Smith, it's the heavier than any other I've ever used.

    It's amazing how much better Nick looks when he stays near that 280 mark. He's so much leaner but doesn't really look smaller. He looks as lean as anyone that doing the Arnold and the Arnold is only 3 weeks away.
