- This is a video of 1st service of TVS Apache RR310 BTO, mode unlocked. It was one of my worst experiences as the employees and the manager specially was uncooperative and misbehaved. I request you guys to think twice before purchasing as there is no proper servicing available.

I had many issues with my Apache rtr 160 4v 2021 model. I had raised complaint to tvs company. Service center replaced parts and made some paint touch up on the chassis it took 1 month for the issue to resolve but not completely. In my bike the left side panel and right side panel gap was not the same. Service center said there is some problem with the mounting points and they can't solve panel gap.
After checking the bike properly I further found that rear fender 1 bolt thread was damaged. Screws on the left side of the bike and right side were different I don't know how this is possible in a brand new bike.
Tvs company doesn't care if your bike has problem they will simply put the issue on the showroom. You and the showroom people have to solve the problem. I sold my bike after using it for 5months and doing 4100 kms. I feel selling it was the right thing to do.
I feel u TVS service centre is not working good
Exactly the TVS service center is bad everywhere. I used to service my TVS ntorq 125 in boisar. I had my front mudguard broken due to some incident, the mudguard was touching the back of handle so I told service center guy to fix the position of mudguard. He said to replace the whole mudguard. Though the mudguard had only a little crack. I took my ntorq to a local guy gave him 100rs and got it fixed. That day I realised they are only there to make money. They didn't even fix my key problem my key used to get stuck so I got it fixed locally. A new service center is open in palghar by this time my battery got discharged it was broken it wasn't taking any charge so they told me to change the battery. I told them to bring the new one they told the battery would be coming from boisar so i waited for 2 days boisar to palghar is only 30mins. Then again on 3rd day I called them they told they will bring it by next day. But after 5 days i finally visited them told them if you can't bring a battery I will go buy it myself so they run to buy a battery and came back in 10 FUCKING MINS. IT WAS JUST A 10MINS JOB. After then I gave up hope on TVS i won't be buying any tvs bikes anymore I can't waste my precious time on this lazy service center guys of tvs. So if you have a TVS bike and your city's service center is good then it's your luck or else you would suffer. So choose your bike cautiously.

Google reviews pe uss Service Manager k baarey mein likh do bhai. Uska kaam hai tumhara problem sunna n baat karna. Phone pe baat karne k liye tum ussey paisey nahi de rahe. TVS ka top of the line bike hai, you deserve top of the line service, behaviour and attitude. I own a G310R, never faced people with such bad attitude.
Brother I also own a TVS apache 200 4v black edition and mere bike ka performance 1st service ke baad se degrade hota ja raha hai aur fun part ye hai ki unke technicians ko kabhi bhi problem samajh nahi aata and if some how I manage to explane and help them to understand the problem vo usko problem mante he nahi. Now the last option which is only left for me is to sell out my bike. It was my first bike and I belong to a biker cult you can understand how it feels.

The bikes are produced by automobile engineers. But, these mechanics are not all competent enough to carry out the service work, as they are not at all trained and qualified.

I also own RR310, it's been a month. In first 20 days I clked 980 km & and got the service done in Lucknow with Speed Motors. Speed Motors also own the BMW two wheeler dealership. Even though people of Speed motors were so much cooperative that they even installed my Frame sliders which I've given them. Another thing my RR has BH series registration. Yes, I got the delivery of my RR with BH series registration plate installed on that. Means, I didn't take the delivery until I got the BH plates.
While in Lucknow with another TVS dealer I had the worse experience b4 placing the order. Eventually, when I was placing the order online & paid the full Ex showroom price as well. I deliberately selected Speed Motors in Lucknow.
What I would say, u just had bad experience with a junk Dealership. It doesn't mean whole TVS people are like them. As I also got three times calls from TVS HQ regarding my order, delivery & other experiences. After placing order I also filed complaint regarding their website as well when I was not able to locate my order. TVS HQ people are very fast to act & they take tough action against such lousy dealership. U better file official complaint.

@@anubhavsharma5310 Hero, I've one request to u as well. As I just watched ur top speed video. Literally, u need to improve ur driving skills. The way u drive with folded mirrors & taking cuts from left side of vehicles. That's really most unethical driving & it can even cause unexpected problem to u on our Indian roads.
Here, I had R15v2 ( 2013-2015), Ninja 300(2015-2017) & later when I moved to Zurich(2017 to 2018), I had Ninja 650R(on lease). Now when I came back to India & after all these pandemic I really just wanted to give a try to our Indian made sports bike in 300cc category. I know enough abt these 300 & 600cc bikes & how to ride them. What I can conclude from ur videos that u r quite young(that's good) but u need to more responsible the way u drive.
Plz don't take my response as kind of online Gyaan. It's just suggestion to u that plz drive responsibly.

@@hackergaming5970 Bhai, it depends how do u drive. If you maintain the avg speed between 127 to 157 kmph & top at 173 kmph for next 10-15 mins then u'll get 15km/L. And you can't keep 170+ kmph for longer duration as coolant tempt rises significantly which can even goes up to 123 degree Celsius, after that ECU will reduce the threshold speed and irrespective of u higher acceleration, ECU will start reducing the speed & automatically it will be maintained around 150 kmph to cool down the coolant tempt, this feature is implemented to avoid any kind of breakdown(as u might have seen in KTM RC 390 which caused breakdown due to engine over heat), still u'll get around 15 km/L that moment.
While if you maintain a consistent speed of 80-100 kmph on Express/High ways, then you can get between 27-30 km/L.
In city, if you maintain non consistent speed between 50-75 km/L (without too much acceleration in short distance) still you can expect 28-32 km/L. While if you accelerate high & stops suddenly like within 100m of distances in city & u start fluctuating your speed between 40-100 within city traffic then it can be worse like 17 km /L. While if you maintain the speed between 100 -125 kmph with better consistency then u can expect 27km/ L of mileage...
Eventually, with or without pillion, it doesn't effect much but the way u drives, matters a lot to calculate the mileage.
Bro mere case me pura different hua. Matlab bohot hi achhe se service hui. Aur behaviour bhi mere area ka service center waalon ka bohot hi badhiya tha.. Aapke wahan shayad kuch alag hi chal raha he...

I have one tvs vehicle, same kind of service, very unorganised service executive and staff, behaviour is kind of they are doing favour on you while servicing your vehicle, with this kind of attitude they charge hefty amount. Hope tvs should improve there service 🇮🇳

Bro tell service centre name not only TVs service, not all TVs service centre like this. Write email to company directly u don't need to do all this, they will come to u . I had issue with service centre while my 160 4v I mailed to company directly and they responded and service centre people themselves contacted me to solve the issue. So be mature bro... Moreover mistakes happens we all are humans don't react so quickly.. Akuna matata😇😇

Jus find nice mechanic fr minor repairs, find another tvs showroom if possible, nd avoid gng to showroom fr minor repair only visit showroom if it is a major repair, use it fr 4,5 yrs never buy any tvs again, jus go fr KTM nxt tym.
