Walked into my husband's home office Friday afternoon. He was listening and listening again to this. He looked almost shocked. He was in the army and then the Navy. He was living the words and music. I didn't want to impose my feelings on him, so I backed out of the room.
The echo makes you feel like your emotions are raw and rippling out and touching another. Beautifully sung.

For as powerful as the lyrics are, the way Tim and Chance kept their tones breathy and gentle. And Tim's ability to sing so low and still inject such emotion into those low notes. Home Free has definitely released another thought provoking message video. They've once again brought an important conversation to the table. For those people that don't feel this in their very soul, you have my condolences. Thank you for your reaction, I've been checking all day to see when you'd hit this one! I agree this is the most emotionally powerful song Home Free has ever done. Tim's deep, haunting voice. It almost sounds like he's whispering but so clearly, and emotionally. It cuts through to your heart. Add to that Chance's more vibrant part which just pops out at you. Then those harmonies and you have a masterpiece. To me, this is the best thing they have done to date. Thank you, for your reaction. I was waiting for it. I saw your comment under their video last night and got excited.

And I agree with you, Tim doesn't do many songs where he sings full deep bass, so little bits here and there and of course, the deep growl. But I love hearing him sing the full on bass solo. He did a couple of those with Chris Rupp if you haven't listened to them sing duets together. But this was special. And then the incredible tenor arrangements in the background. And how it all ended on that organ-like chord! Incredible and powerful. Agree with you, others are saying the harmonies almost brought them to tears. That's what I love is the tight, tight harmonies and chords that are like an organ would be. Thanks so much. Take care.

I knew you would love this one. I watched it this morning and thought if you when the harmonies hit. And what a change-having the basses sing and the tenors covering the background vocals. Really enjoyed your reaction, thank you💖

If you look at the silhouette, Tim is supposed to be a ghost of a dead Soldier ..... Singing Their story of war and death......

Your reaction is perfect. Don't feel bad other reactor's had trouble, so couldn't say anything.
This is hitting everyone hard. Hear the words, listen with your heart.
Adam is singing too so your getting all 5 in harmony.
    So haunting, and true.
Notice only Tim and Chance are highlighted in the window, and transparent, and die.

Great reaction. This one hits so deep I'm at a loss for words to describe it. I love hearing Tim actually sing bass and it was wonderful but it wouldn't have had the impact without the amazing talent of Austin, Rob, Adam and Chance. Chance taking that verse was perfection. It was an amazing reversal of the higher voices and the deeper voices.

This is such an emotional song and the content is still relevant. The harmonies are absolutely fantastic and Tim and Chance's voices are phenomenal. These guys do a damn good job! Wow 💥

Tim sang this one from the grave! etheral, epic, other worldly, out of this world harmony. Adam Rupp is the glue every time!

I like how both basses lead and all three tenors backed them up. This was haunting. I wonder how this would sound with the originals guitar riffs overlaid with Homefree vocals.
