My daughter. I do not know what she will become, but who she is at 12 years old is one of the greatest human beings I have ever met. Every adult that spends time with her sees her as their little sister. Because she brings out everyone's inner child. Big PLAY energy lol. Animals love her. Right there with you. I think I have had gimpses of him in my dreams. He looks like an actor I like or something like that (in my dreams) but his energy feels so strong, magnetic and warm. I went ahead and cleaned out my nightstand 😂 this entire video resonated so much, thank you. even though I’ve been no contact with my person for about a year, there has been a lot of healing and changes within me since. Ive been trying to manifest my soulmate/SP since 2020 with affirmations and other videos, but i kept repeating cycles with karmic partners. I wasn't aware of it until now, after this last karmic partner. I learned about the attachment wounds(need to become more secure) and learning about love(self love and unconditional love). So, no amount of manifestation or affirmations would work if these wounds and limited beliefs are not addressed first. I wish I'd know years ago to work on it earlier😂 but oh well. Blessings🙏
In 2018 I met my twin flame. During the time we were together, what came up for me and what transpired was so toxic and so karmic, I think it left me traumatized. as I watch this video, here's what arises in me... pain, pain, pain. paralyzing emotional pain. crippling. I'm an INFJ, an Old Soul, an empath, with severe C-PTSD, minor SPD, and some OCD tendencies. this makes living in this world, on this planet, extremely hard. I have diabetes, I have a debilitating back injury. I have never had a friend. I have never been in a relationship. all of this makes me wish to die. I can't bear it.

3D relationships are largely transactional-even if we are not consciously entering into a relationship for financial security, children, etc., subconsciously we’ve usually entered the relationship to fill the voids created by our wounds. For example, perhaps the partner makes us feel beautiful, or smart, or sexy, or successful. You know they are filling a wound when, if they were to leave you, you no longer see yourself as beautiful, or smart, or sexy, or successful, etc. In 5D, i.e. sacred relationships, partners join together knowing their worth is not dependent on the partner. They love the partner unconditionally. When wounds are triggered by the partner, instead of ego blame, we work on healing. The relationship is focused on soul growth and service to others, even as one can still enjoy the joys of togetherness.

Abraham Hicks often says if you dwell on negative emotions like envy that it prevents you from attracting what you seek and just brings more of what you don't want, to you. I often feel envy when I see happy couples, and sadness/pity for myself, that at 37 I've yet to be in a reciprocal, loving relationship. When I do get those feelings, I try to distract myself and remind myself of what I do have and to be grateful for it. Christina often says in her videos you shouldn't hide from your pain because that is the only way to heal. But how long do you sit in it? And will that just lower your frequency even more?
Hey there thanks for sharing. My guides told me to tell you when you focus on what you do have it’s not hiding the pain or distracting. You’re acknowledging I feel envy but instead I’m going to focus on abundance because of its TRUTH…there is enough love for everyone. Seeing someone have what I want is a reminder I can have it too. Release pity and start acting like the envy is gone. Comment on couples post telling them how beautiful you think their union is. When you see loving couples out in public tell them how seeing them gives you hope. Actively live in the opposite of the envy. Hope that helped. & thank you for this vulnerability ❤️❤️

Really surprised by the explanation of attachment problems as only being sourced to anxious attachment. Avoidant and disorganized attachment wounds are also obstacles to healthy connection, but are omitted here.
I’m wondering after watching the whole video if you may have a blind spot about attaching - that attaching is bad. Lots of leaning towards not being attached and feeling ok with not being attached.
My guess is that we are manifesting all the time, we have friends, we have people around us and it seems that they are reflecting our internal world anyway...should we not treat all relationships we have with people as sacred and God given? I have recently moved to another city, found a new job, and I see that after a year of forced solitude, when I have tried to work on myself, I am in much better company than some time before. People around me are peaceful, calm, relaxed and friendly. I just think that there are so many things that I do not even regognice them all. What I’ve already done is, that I destroyed all the old letters that in upon a time the father of my daughter wrote me, and some other letters, too.

I love the idea of clearing space. I went ahead and cleaned out my nightstand 😂 this entire video resonated so much, thank you. even though I’ve been no contact with my person for about a year, there has been a lot of healing and changes within me since. The last month or so, I’m visualizing them around me and us interacting. It feels good. Im finally in a mood of “whatever happens, happens..I will just live my life to the fullest”. The intrusive negative thoughts of him and any previous relationship trauma I’ve had have become less and less as I’ve healed and focused on self concept.
Yeah, I kept most things as they were after my husband passed away. Not cause of wanting to be reminded of him, don't need those things, but just cause it's a nice bed and it didn't bother me.
Now I can see the point...I'm going to clear out a part of the closet, have a new bed, paint the red/orangy wall in a more decent colour...and of course do the mantras❤😊
Your sacred partner is someone you would never think you would date. Most of the time they are ‘passing under our nose’ while we are looking somewhere else, because the mind is always searching as it cannot be receptive and open. So observe any thoughts your mind tells you about that person being or being not your sacred partner. Probably is the opposite of what your mind makes you believe.

Ive been trying to manifest my soulmate/SP since 2020 with affirmations and other videos, but i kept repeating cycles with karmic partners. I wasn't aware of it until now, after this last karmic partner. I learned about the attachment wounds(need to become more secure) and learning about love(self love and unconditional love). So, no amount of manifestation or affirmations would work if these wounds and limited beliefs are not addressed first. I wish I'd know years ago to work on it earlier😂 but oh well. Blessings🙏
In 2018 I met my twin flame. During the time we were together, what came up for me and what transpired was so toxic and so karmic, I think it left me traumatized. It is true that what came up is everything you mentioned in the beginning of this video. Lots and lots of childhood wounding, codependency, trauma bond, you name it, it came up for me. I've been in the spiritual journey since 2012, healing all sorts of issues, doing the work, you know? But when twin flame arrived, it was a roller-coaster ride of epic proportions. Healing childhood wounds is deep for me and knowing that back to step one again for me. The one I met 3yrs ago is my teacher who has given me lessons to learn and it scares me that it might not be this person and I need to trust that Spirit will send in the right person.

My wife just ended things after 8 years and a son. She came out as lesbian and wants to remain friends. We are doing what's best for our son and both will be a part of his life. I have come to the conclusion that we were in a karmic relationship, and trauma bonded... it is intoxicating. But I think you need to hear, it is OK that this happened. It is OK to let go. I know it is hard as hell.

Somehow the Universe thinks that I need more character development so it sends the ones out that help me grow and evolve as a soul.
3D relationships are largely transactional-even if we are not consciously entering into a relationship for financial security, children, etc., subconsciously we’ve usually entered the relationship to fill the voids created by our wounds. For example, perhaps the partner makes us feel beautiful, or smart, or sexy, or successful. You know they are filling a wound when, if they were to leave you, you no longer see yourself as beautiful, or smart, or sexy, or successful, etc. In 5D, i.e. sacred relationships, partners join together knowing their worth is not dependent on the partner. They love the partner unconditionally. When wounds are triggered by the partner, instead of ego blame, we work on healing. The relationship is focused on soul growth and service to others, even as one can still enjoy the joys of togetherness.
I have done every one of these things! Now it’s just Divine Timing 💫

Abraham Hicks often says if you dwell on negative emotions like envy that it prevents you from attracting what you seek and just brings more of what you don't want, to you. I often feel envy when I see happy couples, and sadness/pity for myself, that at 37 I've yet to be in a reciprocal, loving relationship. When I do get those feelings, I try to distract myself and remind myself of what I do have and to be grateful for it. Christina often says in her videos you shouldn't hide from your pain because that is the only way to heal. But how long do you sit in it? And will that just lower your frequency even more?
Hey there thanks for sharing. My guides told me to tell you when you focus on what you do have it’s not hiding the pain or distracting. You’re acknowledging I feel envy but instead I’m going to focus on abundance because of its TRUTH…there is enough love for everyone. Seeing someone have what I want is a reminder I can have it too. Release pity and start acting like the envy is gone. Comment on couples post telling them how beautiful you think their union is. When you see loving couples out in public tell them how seeing them gives you hope. Actively live in the opposite of the envy. Hope that helped. & thank you for this vulnerability ❤️❤️

I have a question for you Christina. Can a Karmic Partner turn into a Sacred Partner if both parties are spiritually aware and willing to do the work?
Would like to know about that as well. I am in a similar situation, realized I was in a karmic relationship but see the changes and some sacred relationship characteristics.
Really surprised by the explanation of attachment problems as only being sourced to anxious attachment. Avoidant and disorganized attachment wounds are also obstacles to healthy connection, but are omitted here.
I’m wondering after watching the whole video if you may have a blind spot about attaching - that attaching is bad. Lots of leaning towards not being attached and feeling ok with not being attached.

My guess is that we are manifesting all the time, we have friends, we have people around us and it seems that they are reflecting our internal world anyway...should we not treat all relationships we have with people as sacred and God given? I have recently moved to another city, found a new job, and I see that after a year of forced solitude, when I have tried to work on myself, I am in much better company than some time before. People around me are peaceful, calm, relaxed and friendly. So, I am guessing that all partners that we have are really the reflection and sooner or later even "sacred" partner may be a bit "karmic" as long as we have not - I don't know how to put it - made our souls clean (sorry for this - I am not sure if it is even possible in one lifetime.

Also - what if you have old photos and things from past lovers but no attachment to them, only gratefulness and happiness at having lived those memories with someone who loved you at the time? I don't see the point in deleting something if it's not harming anything or causing disruption to the flow and space I'm creating for current relationships. Appreciating what I have experienced in the past helps me to also appreciate the present and treasure what I can going forward.
