@RandomCoke Forwards Flips and Backwards Flips should always twist the same direction (although there is no "rule" for this) the reason being: when you combine twists in double (or more) flips, and you twist in more than one part (flip) of the trick; you may twist one way and then try to twist back again. This can result in doing less twists than you are supposed to because your body wants to take shortcuts. Somrtimes it can also be confusing to the judges because you may end up doing side flips

it depends on the person. most people i know twist left backwards an right forwards but sum do spin one way for both flips
