YESSSS SO GOOD 🎉
Lots of great information.❤️
My wife and I never had an issue with the elevators and found them to be much faster. The ship holds around 4200 people and it never felt crowded. We loved the new ship.
You mentioned that you were going to go on the panorama. If you can please try the thermo suite at the spa. So amazing. I believe it is an extra $150. But so worth it. Thank you for all your videos. I have learned so much. Going on the Firenze in August for the first time. So these videos have been a life saver.
I will definitely have to check out the thermo suite, it sounds amazing! I am so glad the videos could help you prepare! That is always our goal! Let us know if you have any more questions!
Just found your channel and love your Firenze videos. Excited to see the Panorama, we sail on it in 10 months
So glad you found us! Make sure to subscribe for more cruise content and for the Panorama! 🤩
Thanks for these Firenze videos! My family just booked our first Carnival cruise on Firenze. We've cruised a ton, but never on Carnival, so we appreciate your Carnival tips! We also live in AZ!
Glad we could help! Definitely subscribe for our Carnival Panorama videos and you can learn even more! We love helping others prepare. If you have any other Carnival questions let me know!
Interesting, you said Queen Mary offers help to get your luggage over to your ship? I called them to get rates and ask that question (if they had shuttle over to ship). The person on the phone said no they do not, and they required a 2 night minimum stay for Nov 8th. The whole convo was odd. She acted like she could have cared less about potential business.
I’m sorry they didn’t accommodate you very well! We stayed for one night (the night before our cruise), and we saw the morning of embarkation the bellman assisting with a luggage cart bringing luggage over for people. I am not sure about a physical shuttle to take the people across in, but the luggage I can assure you they were helping people with that. Maybe try calling again another day and someone else can hopefully assist you better!
@lifeofa.traveler yea, I got the idea from several videos. But whoever I got on the phone that day acted like my questions were so foreign. Definitely weird. I mean, they are right there. 🤷
@@heidij70 Glad you got it figured out! Always happy to help! 😊
