Talking To Children About Mental Health: navigating social media and online life with Lily-Jo

This online workshop is designed to help you understand the unique mental health challenges facing children, teenagers, and students today.
I will be discussing chapter one of my brand new book Talking To Children About Mental Health (www.thelilyjoproject.com/book) which was written for parents, teachers, youth workers and anyone in a position of care or interested in the future of mental health.
In chapter one I discuss the impact of social media and the online life our children are navigating, I thought this would be an important part of my research to share with you.
You will learn how to use some simple and practical clinical tools, that will hopefully improve the mental health and relationships you have with the children in your care.
