I do online shopping a lot and i will tell you one thing change your delivery partner immediately and the best i will suggest is delhivery because it's my experience they're really really quick with an awesome delivery experience and also don't get dependent on these graphics rather buy an automatic embroidery machine whether Usha janome or brother as per your requirement and provide embroidered hoodies. These machines are quick and accurate with no harm at all and you will only need one or two people to operate 5, 10 or maybe 15+ machines at a time. Embroidered hoodies, jackets and other stuffs are really in high demand, just make sure to purchase good threads and your sorted.
Lastly, just focus on what you're doing ignore everything else except genuine criticism which will help you.

I have both.. H&M n Urban Needs. It's almost similar. Quality is better of UN,
I got H&M at ~750 and UN at ~1150.
H&M hoodie is my go to hoodie, cuz it's light weight (less gsm)
UN bought off white for Good Casual occasions.
Urban Needs is Premium for sure.
Only thing is I didn't like much was, cuffing stiching in length part (lower oart) it doesn't remain straight and feels like cuff wants to fold (Which is not my style tbh )

See i have 2 of the urban needs hoodie one black and one beige...and i do have checked and bought some h&m stuff and trust me urban needs hoodies are far far far better...its heavy and most importantly the outer fabric has some kind of a bit smoothnes or polyster blend if i am not wrong but this thing is too good cuz i dont find any lint even after i slept wearing those too...they are a lot durable and trust me fit is really good...the hood is not too shaggy and have some weight on it...i do suggest if you have around 1500 or some...then please go for everday hoodie in UN cuz they do are value for money

Urban needs quality is far better than h&m using from past 2 years. But bhai delivery bhot late hai anything i order from urban needs takes minimum 7 days to arrive while i live only 2hrs away from ludhiana sometimes i feel is se acha to me khud jakar le ayiu.
