The McHale V660 variable chamber round baler is controlled by an expert plus control console, which allows the operator to control the following from the tractor cab:
- Knife Control
- Drop Floor Control

- Amount of Net
- Bale Core (hard or soft)
Choose McHale for high output integrated baler wrappers, fixed chamber round balers or variable chamber round balers, which can be used in the production of round bales of silage, hay and straw. McHale also manufacture a range of round and square bale wrappers and bale handling equipment. The McHale equipment range consists of two round bale handlers, a round bale splitter and a range of three block cutters or shear grabs. For further information on the McHale baler and wrapper range, please visit our specialist baler and wrapper website www.mchale.net
Seems like all the other baler manufacturers build dry hay balers that can also bale silage if needed, but the McHale balers are built as a silage baler that can also bale dry hay. Very impressed with the McHale balers compared to the other balers I have looked at so far. I'm looking at buying my own baler, 99% sure it will be a McHale.
Thanks for your comments I will pass them onto our designers.

These have twine tying options? i dont need the choppers. They make a regular hay model with these sane features?
Hi Randy, There is a twiner option available on the new McHale V6750 machines. It is also possible to get a non-chopper variable chamber baler. The machine you are looking for is the McHale V6740. For more information visit www.mchale.net
