Thank you so much for your video and the wonderful closed captions you did. I don't know how much extra work it took but the captions entertain, enlighten/educate and help the video come alive.

Rome is not a city, it is an event in your life.

Nice Place
Ciao, Thank You. "Roma Caput Mundi" (center of the world)
Well done! I miss Rome too:(, BTW at 54.18, the cation on top of the video says "Piazza Novona with the Fountain of the four rivers." Last year I learned that the four effigies .on the side represent the Four Continents. By the time the fountains was erected, Australia was still not declared to be a continent.
Thanks Vincent, but the name is right. I am writing you more detailed information that I will add to the video: The Fountain of the Four Rivers, designed and built by Gian Lorenzo Bernini. On the corners of the cliff are the monumental marble statues of the four rivers representing the continents then known, also identified by the vegetation and the animals sculpted alongside: the Danube by Antonio Ercole Raggi for Europe, with the horse; Claude Poussin's Ganges for Asia, with the oar and the dragon; the Nile by Giacomo Antonio Fancelli for Africa, with the veiled head (allusion to unknown springs) associated with the lion and the palm; the Rio della Plata by Francesco Baratta for America with one arm raised - perhaps to shelter from the rays of the sun represented by the obelisk - and next to it an armadillo.
thanks again Vincent. You pointed out a little in-depth information.
@@romewalkingtours Thank you. Learned more:)

Wow im here new supporter here. Nice place po..Gd Bless and be safe.
Thank you!
Nice city as Paris and London
thank you
Italy we are here see you wel.
thanks for watching the video
I'd like to visit the old Rome. Many buildings are only designs of the past. We can make all again beginning with the Circulus Maximus and the Bath of Caracala.

Your captions are substandard.
Hi Ron, tell me what you mean by substandard which helps me to correct any errors thanks
@@romewalkingtours Many times the sentence just ends before it's finished.
do you mean that the subtitles are too short? too fast?
@@romewalkingtours The speed is good, but many of them just end in the

Very nice place no homeless
In the center of Rome there are few homeless people but if you move near the Termini station you will find them in abundance, unfortunately they are people who have great survival difficulties (job loss, invalidating diseases, etc.).
@@romewalkingtours thank you very much
Oh man I really love to travel to Italy, as soon as this damn virus is gone.

ACROSS ITALY - I didn't expect you to see my feedback but wow you are such an amazing guy for taking it real good. Thank you 💕 I love the works and I mean no harm.
@@houndyhound4248 thank you for "the boy", but I am 62 years old, and it is fair to take into consideration the advice I am given. I am a professional who has worked in television for 44 years (cinematographer) but I have now approached this world of CZcams that I find to be ordinary. Keep giving me feedback which are very useful to me
Dangerous earthquake city
You are right, And think that Rome is not an earthquake risk city.
I have no solution to your problem. Maybe it was just luck or maybe it struck a nerve with some people & they just liked it for no particular reason at all. 🤔😐
Can you drink this water . I saw people filling their water bottles
I think so. but many of the wells, such as the Trevi Fountain, the large fountain on the Janiculum Hill or the two fountains on St. Peter's Square are fed by ancient lines with drinking water.
To save water, many monumental fountains today have circulation systems. Drinking from the monumental fountain is therefore usually not dangerous, but also not recommended.
