Whoever requested this didn't know what they were talking about. The song isn't about a blow up doll. Bon wrote it about a real night he spent with an extra large woman named Rosie.

Thank you. Bon said she was always there. They just recently found a pic of her with the band. Black and white pic. She was their main groupie

    Jon & Dolly
Late iconic singer, Bon Scott wrote this song about his experiences with a woman named Roise who was (I don't mean to be offensive), very big. Bon stated that Rosie was very talented.

they are the Thunder from Down Under, and Rosie was a real person.

Technically they're British. However, Britain has produced enough brilliant bands you can take AC/DC, given that they grew up in Australia.

@djc1234 Well, technically, I don't care. I never said they were born in Australia. That is a saying that has been used for decades. I know all about this band, and as far being known and worldwide popularity, you can't top them. Not even the stones or zeppelin or the who. I don't want any of them, nor are any of these bands yours to give away 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

for the American viewers, 19 stone = 266 pounds. So yes, Rosie was a big girl.

They have a different version of Rosy that sits on a train and taps her foot along with the music.

AC/DC are not an American band. Everyone on stage here is from the UK. Brian Johnson and Cliff Williams are English, Chris Slade is Welsh, and, Angus and Malcolm Young were born in Scotland.

Funny how so many "fans" don't seem to know even basic facts about the band. In fact, I didn't know Slade was Welsh. Of course the original AC/DC formed in Australia in 1973 was a LOT more Aussie than later incarnations of the band.

This one time at band camp, I was watching a TV show about AC/DC and somebody said this: "AC/DC is an Australian bloke's idea of a good time." I love that quote.

This was the biggest coconcert ever with over 1.6 million people in what was the Soviet union. It was a monster's of rock with a bunch of rock bands like Metallica, ACDC, WASP and many more. They reported that 56 people died at this concert.

God forbid people react to a different version than River Plate, with the band closer to being in their prime. I'm completely sick of seeing River Plate. I don't care about the crowd. The novelty wears off after about one song. I don't watch AC/DC for the audience.

@@WhatHaveIMade bro your taking this too seriously 😐😐😐, the River plate video is more clear and I think it’s the better performance of Whole lotta Rosie, the crowds crazy yeah, but there’s more to it then just the Audience
