I Also Prefer They Make It So That They Update Skins In The Mid Chapter But I’m Not A Bhvr Dev So Maybe It’s Not So Easy Making “New Animations” Or “New Pieces Of Music” So To Say. (It Could Also Mean They’ll Make The Skin More Expensive Which I’ve Never Seen Them Do, But Like The Baba Yoga Skin For Huntress There’s No Real Price Change Even If You’re Getting More For Your Money’s Worth.)

its not, the devs first game was naughty bear, before they started the development of Dead by Daylight, after development and full release of the game, they added a naughty bear skin as a honor for the previous game they created which is naughty bear, its not a mod, i hope this helps you!
