I also applied partner visa 309 last year in May 2023. still its in processing. I came to Australia on visitor visa and applied bridging visa. I got it within 2 days but with no work condition. I applied for work rights. its almost 12 days still waiting for reply. can please anyone let me know how long it take time if someone applied recently. Thank you in advance...

309 is currently taking 18 months from India. Processing time depends on your country of lodgement. If you have not received results for 309 then you have already become eligible for direct grant of 100.
