I think Redmi Note 13 5G's camera quality is impressive! I'm can see how stunning photos one can capture. The performance of Dimensity 6080 seems great.
After the N10, it drastically went down. Till date I'm using the Note 8 pro and it runs goood keepingin mind at the price it was launched when it first came out. Excellentphone
That is a beast, i used that. That dimensity processor, 16k m pubg 60 fps, one of my favorite note series
Still using note 5 pro with buttery smooth experience but after 5, note series starts struggling
Note 10 was exception
But nowadays I personally think Motorola clinch that legacy of Redmi and definitely Moto is sitting on the driving seat of budget segment.
Everything in moto is fabulous except for it's camera!!

Bought note 5 pro in 3/19 for around 15k (currently typing this comment from the same device) and note 7 pro in 9/19 for maybe 16-17k
The biggest weakness I've witnessed in note 5 pro are it's processor and rear camera, although both device can undertaker easy tasks gaming brings a major difference
Apart from that this note 5 have undergone 3 battery replacements in the summer of 21/22/23 respectively, 1 microphone replacement, 4-5 charging jacks change while note 7 only needed a repair to it's charging jack once (Thanks to the advanced type C usb)
The only thing I could give credit to note 5 is for it's front camera
I'd have invested 2k more and taken note 7 pro instead if I knew about that
Frankly I've also tried note 8 pro and still feel 7 pro had a bit of upper hand, bought it for my mother in lockdown for 18-19k and IT'S UNSTABLE TO SAY THE LEAST
Although no physical damage to charging jack/battery/mic is done the device software sucks, sudden crashes and overheat every once in a while is observed

Yes, it is true that after the Note 10 series, the popularity has gone down and it could be either because of the features or the price. The only problem I have with Xiaomi company is that they are not providing Miui dialer for old devices and they are using Miui dialer as a marketing strategy to sell their new phones, thereby losing the trust of old customers.
exactly i have been using xiaomi devices(more than 10) since 2015, i never have any issues with their products whether its mi tv or eaphone or mi band i am satisfied with the product but when it comes to improving user experience they are failing in software dept, i am fed up with there boring miui and am moving to samsung on my next phone. good bye xiaomi
Recently my note pro got dead after updating so i will never go for mi again. First front camera then speaker now whole phone is death😢
It's been 5 years IAM still using redmi note 5 pro. No major issues at all. In couple of months iam facing battery issue, obviously it is not the big deal for 5 years old phone😅.
It doesn't include heavy gamings. Only 24 hours using online as well offline.

Redmi used to give best quality, long lasting phones with killer specs in budget. But since they started to become highest selling brand, their pricing was too high for mid specs, especially Note 12 series. Over priced, now every other brand is providing good specs with mid range price. If Redmi launches 13 series as budget phone, the brand is gonna hike again.
The higher price for the average phone makes the redmi aura fades

I was a casual gamer but don't play anymore, the SD 732G still works perfectly fine and way better than some of the recent phones with 695

1). Is 4G phones still recommended in this 5G Era? Coz Many 4G phones with good specs are available under budget as compared to 5G. As budget 5G phones comes with compromises.
2). Does it really matters 4G phone or 5G phone, if i use only WIFI for internet and not mobile data?
Want a budget phone for my Mom, Confused in 4G and 5G. Usage youtube, sas bahu ki serial 😂, etc, etc, etc
If you have wifi then not a problem there are still many people usings 4g and tbh it doesn't make that much of a difference it still gonna take atleast 2 years for 5g to be available in all parts of india

Nothing comes close to the greatness to the Redmi Note 7 Pro. Imo one of the best phonss released in that range which was giving solid run to the higher segment that time.
Now i am using k50i(6/128). Its giving me same feel like RN7pro. Hope Xiaomi brings such phones more

After the camera defect due to irregular updates in Redmi Note 10 series, Redmi has lost his market share at the worst. Even I would never buy a Redmi phone in my life, after I suffered a lot with Redmi Note 10 Pro Max.

I would say bezels being less are a huge thing. They could have added a fingerpirnt sensor(under display) l it would be op. There are many 5g phones with under display fingerprint under 20k.
