4-5 Taco Shells
1/2 Tablespoon Oil
1 Small Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
2-3 Shitake Mushrooms
1/2 Cup Black beans
1 Small Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup Chopped tomatoes (canned)
1 Jalapeno
1/2 Teaspoon Chili flakes
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Teaspoons Cumin
2 Teaspoons Smoked paprika powder
Toppings
1/4 Iceberg (shredded)
1 Avocado
1/2 Cup Grape tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Lime juice
2 Sprigs Cilantro
