Yes, they are from Lava 9 in Hayes Valley, SF. Kelly's husband got them for her a couple years back, and unfortunately I wouldn't even begin to know who the designer was, but I'm sure if someone went there, they'd find similar things. Otherwise she recommends some awesome jewelry sites that have similar-type pieces (or at least pieces that she loves ;) ).
