Use PINS to keep track of up to 20 sheets, reports, or dashboards. This works well for frequently visited items within a current project. Once the project ends, you can unpin those items to free up space for your next project workflow!
Use FAVORITES for quick and easy access to an unlimited number of sheets, reports, dashboard, workspaces, or folders. We use favorites for our most utilized items in Smartsheet like our Echo CRAID Log and Current User Dashboard. Favorites is best for organizing and accessing items you'll need for long-term operations.
